FAQ
Safety is our top priority for us. If needed we are CPR and Basic First Aid trained and certified. We always have a first aid kit with us on the beach.
Group Lesson Ratio is 4 students for 1 instructor.
Surf Camp Ratio is 3 students for 1 instructor.
Please fill out the waiver online and send it by email to confirm your class.
Come with a swimsuit / swimshorts on ready to change directly on the parking lot.
Towel, warm clothes, flip flops (you will walk across the road to access the beach) and water to rinse yourself with after class.
No restroom on the parking lot.
-Change of clothes
-Towel
- Sunscreen (Foggy or not, its better to apply sunscreen before the class and during to avoid sunburn.)
- Flip Flops
- Snacks
- Water
- Plastic bag for the wetsuit
- Lunch if staying the extra hour
We will meet 20 minutes before the class in the parking lot across the street to 531 Obispo Road, El Granada CA 94019.

Drop off and Pick up
- Monday : Meet at 8:40am on the dirt parking lot (see map). Look for a white Ford van and a big blue Sea, Surf & Fun flag.
You will pick up your child wetsuit / camp jersey. You will keep the wetsuit all week and be responsible for rinsing it and having it every day. If you are interested in purchasing a wetsuit please email us in advance.
- Monday to Friday: Pick up directly from the beach (bottom left of the stairs) look for the big blue flag.
- Tuesday to Friday: Drop off at 9am directly on the beach with wetsuit on ready to catch waves and have fun!!
There is a cross walk to access the beach at the end of Obispo Road.
Activity:
-Every day we will start with a safety brief and warm up/stretching exercise.
-For the 4 hours camp your child will have lunch on the beach followed by a fun activity ( beach soccer, frisbee, baseball, beach games, beach clean-up).
Payment is accepted by:
-Card via Square with a 2.75% fee
-Check order to Sea, Surf & Fun, LLC
-Cash

Must be used within 6 months after purchase.
Non refundable and non transferable.
Cancellations are required 24 hours prior to class to be refund.
We keep the right to postpone a lesson if the weather/ waves forecast are unfavorable.
$5 Cancellation fee for Group Surf Lesson.
$10 Cancellation fee for Private and Semi Private Lesson.
Cancellations are required two weeks prior to the surf camp or with a doctors note.
$30 processing fee for cancellation.
Waves are better in the morning. It's less windy and less choppy.
Early birds catch the waves.
